Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we cannot verify payment details.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed.

Products

We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but screens vary and slight differences between the images and the item you receive are possible. Garment measurements are taken by hand and may vary by 0.4–1.2 inches.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier hands the parcel to you. We ship within the United States only.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

German law applies. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
