Returns
Your return must reach us within 7 days of the day you received your order to qualify for a full refund. The 7 days cover the whole process — not just letting us know.
How it works:
- Write to info@rosalieandeve.com with your order number. Please do this within 3 days of delivery so there is enough time left for transit.
- We send you the return address the same business day.
- Ship the item back with tracking within 2 days of our reply.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags attached.
Refunds and late returns
- Arrives within 7 days: full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method, within 14 days of us receiving it.
- Arrives after 7 days: we still accept your return, but the value is refunded as store credit rather than to your payment method. The credit does not expire and can be used on any future order.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong product. In those cases we cover the return and replace or refund it in full, regardless of timing.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Customers in the European Union
We do not currently accept orders from the European Union. Should we begin shipping to the EU, consumers there have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, which would apply in addition to and take precedence over the policy above.
